FLEXIBLE POLYESTER PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
In the low temperature short process flat pusher tower polyester technology, the differential polyester modifier can be added into the oligomer by a syringe in the oligomer pipeline.
- A flexible oligomer pipeline system is designed to ensure sufficient reaction between the modifier and oligomer;
- The combination of pipeline injection additives and upflow pre-condensation towers minimizes the transition material when the production system variety changes;
- Tower precondensation reactor has the function of esterification in the later stage, so that the oligomer pipeline is equipped with the condition of adding modifier.
- Continuous production of differentiated polyester products, saving production and operation costs and stabilizing product quality.
Oligomeric pipeline addition technology has realized the variety flexibility of polyester plant.At the same time, it makes concentrated esterification, disperse polycondensation and one end and many tails more concise.
