After the "one head, three tails" differentiated PET polyester project of tongkun group was successfully driven on March 8 this year by JOYOU chemical co., LTD , just 7 months later, another differentiated PET polyester production line undertaken by JOYOU was successfully driven in xinfengming research institute.
The CP92 line driven this time is the r&d production line with annual output of 10,000 tons of differentiated polyester, which, together with the CP91 line with annual output of 30,000 tons and the CP93 line with annual output of 1,000 tons, constitutes the r&d project with distinctive annual output of 40,000 tons for the research institute of xin feng ming group (hereinafter referred to as "xin feng ming r&d project").The success of this project will fill in the blank of domestic pet experiment line.
In terms of design, the project USES the JOYOU unique process routes of the low temperature short process pet technology and equipment, through a variety of catalysts and additives online combination, which can realize the current market, the vast majority of polyester production, is worthy of the name "all-round development of the production line", and give full consideration to design the future market demand for products, have more performance products research and development, the potential value is immeasurable.
The successful driving of this xin feng ming r&d project is another highly embodiment of JOYOU's core technology in the field of polyester engineering, and also a concentrated demonstration of JOYOU's engineering ability in the field of polyester engineering, further solidifying the "benchmark" position of the reunion in the field of differentiated polyester technology.
